You are invited to the launch event of the HealthTech Research Centre, where we will have talks, networking opportunities and spaces available for companies to showcase their products.

The centre – led by South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, King’s College London and University of Exeter – will tap into the best available technology to build important new tools that will help us deliver new treatments, better ways of diagnosing dementia and early cognitive impairment and improved care.

Our goal is to improve the brain health of older people through better treatment and support, helping people to live longer, healthier lives. Through this centre, we will be working with group of brain-health researchers working at the leading edge of brain health research, including doctors, scientists, digital developers, statisticians and social care researchers.

We work with a large group of older adults, including people from a range of ethnicities, ages, locations and backgrounds to make sure our research truly listens to the voice of people affected by brain health and ageing.

We also have a large group of organisations from the business world who will advise on our research and provide cutting-edge technology and know-how to make sure our work is at the frontline of brain health.

Come and discover:

  • What the HealthTech Research Centre offers
  • Opportunities and support digital therapeutics
  • Successful stories and previous spinouts
  • Networking opportunities with lunch, ending with networking reception
